EXHANGES: Bonafide Beauty must be notified by email within ten (10) business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable or refundable. Return shipping fees apply. Once your item has been inspected, you will be refunded for the returned items on the same method of payment you purchased the order with. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be in unopened and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE
